Refund Policy

Unused tickets are not refundable. If you are dissatisfied with services purchased from this site, we will refund your purchase price upon you notifying us in writing. Note that certain products and services sold on our site are owned and operated by third parties (indicated as such) and we have no responsibility or liability for those products or services.

If you find a lower online ticket price (including all taxes, booking fees, etc.) on any other website for the same tour, attraction, or museum offered on the same date and in the same currency within 2 days (48 hours) of your purchase on trustedtours.com, simply send us a copy or screenshot of the full webpage showing the lower rate. We’ll refund the price difference plus, for a limited time, an additional 5% of the lower online price.

To request a Low Price Guarantee refund, send an email to [email protected]. The email must contain your name, phone number, home address, and the Trusted Tours & Attractions eTicket number as well as proof of the lower price. Examples of acceptable forms of verification include a web screenshot or a web address.
