Tours depart from boarding locations approx. every 15-20 minutes (April-Oct) and approx every 25-30 minutes (Nov through March). Patrons with Tickets can board at any Old Town Trolley boarding location. Without an e-Ticket voucher or mobile ticket you must go to the ticket booth location with invoice order number. OTT is not responsible for things left behind on the trolleys. Assistance animals, such as seeing-eye dogs, are the only animals that are allowed on board the trolleys. Boston Harbor Cruise ticket can be purchased at the Old Town Trolley Ticket booth for 50% off retail. Must show a copy of your Old Town Trolley Ticket.
