Closed on April 20 (Boston Marathon), Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Old State House: Open 7 days a week, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Memorial Day thru Labor Day till 6:00 pm).
Boston Harbor Cruises: Operates Daily April through October- Every hour on the half hour from 10:30am-4:30pm. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to boarding.

Please note that the free portions of the ticket have no cash value and is not refundable. Tours depart from boarding locations approx. every 15-20 minutes (April-Oct) and approx every 25-30 minutes (Nov through March). Patrons with Tickets can board at any Old Town Trolley boarding location. Without an e-Ticket voucher or mobile ticket you must go to the ticket booth location with invoice order number. OTT is not responsible for things left behind on the trolleys. Assistance animals, such as seeing-eye dogs, are the only animals that are allowed on board the trolleys.
